Schedules of Condition
A Schedule of Condition takes the form of a photographic and written report which records the condition of the property or specific areas of the property at a point in time.
They are often required in connection with new leases or lease renewals. The schedule can be used to protect the landlord’s investment or alternatively limit a tenant’s liabilities in respect of pre-existing defects.
